At Coastline Signature Homes, we've created a clear, guided process to help bring your vision to life. From initial ideas and permitting to design selections, we walk with you every step of the way.

Whether you're building on your lot or still searching for the perfect piece of coastal North Carolina, our process is built around clear communication, expert craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

During this early phase you'll collect inspiration images, review various plans, and decide on your architectural style preferences, layout ideas, desired features, and more!

Working closely with our contractor & architect guarantees that your vision will come to life.

Dreaming

We start with a homesite analysis to see where you want to build and make sure we know what site work is needed.

 

Next we find a floor plan - whether it's one you already have or one from our awarded architects. Then, we price your home on your lot. Once we have agreed upon a price we write a contract.

Pre-Construction

Coastline Signature Homes is known for its golden shovel groundbreaking ceremonies, which are fun for the whole family.

Dig Ceremony

Once the building permit is secured, it's time for our dig!


This fun photo-op signifies the beginning of the construction process - and yes, you get to keep the golden shovel!
